A family run Florida snack distributor, given a catalog that keeps selling between route visits.

Distribution runs on relationships and order sheets. A rep walks the route, the owner points at what moved, and that is the whole system. It works until the rep is somewhere else. Riega needed a catalog a store owner could reorder from at eleven at night without turning the route into a call center.
From route to register. The homepage opens two doors at once: shop all snacks for anyone, open a wholesale account for retailers, so neither audience has to read past the other. Six category tiles cover chips, candy, pastries, nuts, meat snacks, and beverages. Every product card carries the pack size and the case count, because that is the unit a buyer actually thinks in, and live availability so nobody builds an order around something that is out.
The sequence this project actually ran through.
We read the existing presence the way a buyer does, then work through the companies they are being compared against and note what each one leads with.
Sitemap and page order first, argued on paper. What has to be visible before the fold, what earns its place below it, and where the single action lives.
Type, colour and components built as a system rather than page by page, so every later page inherits it instead of being redrawn.
Hand built, then checked at every breakpoint, on real devices, against Lighthouse, with the forms and tracking tested end to end.
Redirects mapped, Search Console and analytics wired before the switch, and the first weeks watched so early behaviour informs the next change.

Filters read like the shelf, not like a database. Sweet, salty, grab and go, classic. A retailer stocking a checkout counter and a customer buying a case both land on the right screen in one tap.
