A doctoral level acupuncture practice, positioned on credentials and a first visit anyone can say yes to.

Alternative medicine has a credibility problem it did not earn. A DAOM with twenty years of practice was competing online with anyone who could rent a room, and nothing on the page told a nervous first timer which was which.
We led with the promise patients actually search for, target the root cause not just the symptoms, then put the credentials right underneath: DAOM, NCCAOM diplomate, 20+ years, three counties served. The whole page funnels to one low friction offer, a $49 intro visit, with the phone number always in reach.
The sequence this project actually ran through.
We read the existing presence the way a buyer does, then work through the companies they are being compared against and note what each one leads with.
Sitemap and page order first, argued on paper. What has to be visible before the fold, what earns its place below it, and where the single action lives.
Type, colour and components built as a system rather than page by page, so every later page inherits it instead of being redrawn.
Hand built, then checked at every breakpoint, on real devices, against Lighthouse, with the forms and tracking tested end to end.
Redirects mapped, Search Console and analytics wired before the switch, and the first weeks watched so early behaviour informs the next change.

Credentials as a design element, not fine print. The band under the hero answers the only question a first time patient really has: is this person qualified.
Credentials as the design, not the fine print.
Credentials and offer are the practice's own, stated on the site.
The site is running in production today.
