A licensed Miami brokerage, built to be trusted before the first phone call.

Health insurance shopping is a trust problem wearing a pricing costume. Anyone can put a quote form on a page, and every scam in the category has one. Villa had the licence, the carrier access, and a wall of real five star reviews, and none of it was visible to somebody deciding in thirty seconds whether to hand over a phone number.
Credentials first, then the offer. The NPN number and a verification link sit in their own band near the top, followed by the actual carrier partners, which is the fastest way to prove independent access. An open enrollment countdown supplies the deadline the category runs on. Three ways in, quote, call an advisor, refer a friend, cover the three different levels of readiness a visitor arrives with. Then real Google and Facebook reviews, named, dated, and unedited.
The sequence this project actually ran through.
We read the existing presence the way a buyer does, then work through the companies they are being compared against and note what each one leads with.
Sitemap and page order first, argued on paper. What has to be visible before the fold, what earns its place below it, and where the single action lives.
Type, colour and components built as a system rather than page by page, so every later page inherits it instead of being redrawn.
Hand built, then checked at every breakpoint, on real devices, against Lighthouse, with the forms and tracking tested end to end.
Redirects mapped, Search Console and analytics wired before the switch, and the first weeks watched so early behaviour informs the next change.

Bilingual support and the multi state licence are stated as facts in the layout, not buried on an about page. For a Miami brokerage serving clients in thirty states, both are the reason somebody picks up the phone.
A brokerage that proves it is licensed before it asks for a phone number.
Licence and ratings are Villa's own, verifiable through the NPN registry and Google.
The site is running in production today.
