A consulting firm for lenders, owners, and developers, given a presence that matches the size of the decisions it advises on.

W&M advises on risk for people moving serious money. The work is high stakes and technical, but nothing about their old presence signaled that. When your clients are lenders, looking small is expensive.
A dark and gold identity system with the W&M monogram carried across the site, and a structure that leads with authority: the promise, the proof numbers, then five clearly named services from draw inspections to recertifications. Every service explained in the language lenders actually use.
The sequence this project actually ran through.
We read the existing presence the way a buyer does, then work through the companies they are being compared against and note what each one leads with.
Sitemap and page order first, argued on paper. What has to be visible before the fold, what earns its place below it, and where the single action lives.
Type, colour and components built as a system rather than page by page, so every later page inherits it instead of being redrawn.
Hand built, then checked at every breakpoint, on real devices, against Lighthouse, with the forms and tracking tested end to end.
Redirects mapped, Search Console and analytics wired before the switch, and the first weeks watched so early behaviour informs the next change.

Strategy today. Success tomorrow. The headline does the positioning, the four pillars underneath do the qualifying, and the numbers band does the trust, all before the point where most visitors stop scrolling. Below that, five named services and a four step process, each written for a lender deciding whether to release funds.
Fifty years of work had never been written down anywhere a lender could see it. The portfolio page names sixteen Florida developments and says, in a line each, what made the review hard: vertical progress on a mixed use high rise, phasing across a multifamily community, exterior condition on a coastal property. Specificity is the whole argument.

Blueview Resort in Doral, Link at Douglas in Miami, Parks at Delray, The Boulevard, The Reserve at Coconut Point, and eleven more. Named, located, and described by the risk they carried.
Fifty years of judgement, finally legible to a lender in five seconds.
Figures are W&M's own, published on their site.
The site is running in production today and the team updates service pages themselves.
